Coplot Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 7, 2026

Coplot is a shared household calendar for couples and small households. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how to remove it.

What we collect

We do not collect your contacts, location, calendar from other apps, photos, microphone, camera, advertising identifier, or any analytics about how you use the app.

How we use it

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for tracking across apps or websites.

Where it's stored

Account data and event content are stored in Supabase (Postgres) hosted in the United States. Sign-in emails are delivered through Resend.

Local-only mode

If you don't sign in, Coplot keeps your events on your device only. Nothing leaves your phone.

Deleting your account

Open the app → Settings → tap Delete account. We immediately wipe your account, your events, your push token, and your household membership. If you owned a household with another member, ownership transfers to them so they don't lose their calendar; if you owned a solo household, the household is deleted.

Alternatively, email auth@coplot.io from the address tied to your account and we'll handle it within 30 days.

Children

Coplot is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If we materially change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the "last updated" date.
